Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in farm, crop, fruit, vegetable cultivation or allied industry.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry/ Crop Cultivation.
Job Profile
- To conduct audits as per plan.
- Submission of audit plan 15 days before audit
- Upload audit documents within applicable timelines as per scheme requirements
- To follow up with clients for NC closures if any
- Key account management
- Retainership of clients
- To aid sales team in technical skills during customer meetings
- To support food safety team for any requirements on audits
- To support growth of business
- To conduct food safety training
- Follow up with clients on payments for audits conducted
- Ensure that no slippage of his/her audit
- Update Global GAP portal with generation of GGN number
- Regularly update Global GAP to all TUV India team personnel
- Adhere to scheme KPI
