Project Manager / Head Quality / General Manager - Renewable 

Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Renewable Projects (Solar / Wind / Transmission Line)

• B.E./ B. Tech Civil or Diploma in Civil 
• Knowledge on IS/ASTM Codes, Material Testing 
   

• Design Mix and Various Tests for Concrete Constituent Materials
• Supervision and Inspection of Complete Civil/ Structural Works related Site Preparation, Sub Structure Works, Erection of Posts, Tilt Brackets, Erection of Module Mounting Structures, and Erection of Solar Panel Array
• Construction Supervision and Inspection of Trenches for Ducts, Cables & Strom Water Run-off
• Construction Civil/Structural Works related to the Construction of Substations, Yards, and Transformer Stations & Compound Wall. 
• BOQ, MIR, NCR Related documentation
• Check after excavation of pit and its related activities including diameter & depth of excavated pit, surface levelling & dressing, and verify the availability of documents related to blasting report
• Review of detailed methodology for ground improvement techniques (soil re-engineering) and checking the Quality of Work; Plain Cement Concrete grade and thickness, levelling of PCC as per drawing, provision of GI strip for earthing, etc.; and review and check Grade of concrete. 
• Verification of marking of location for WTG foundation over PCC in N-E Direction or as orientation of main WTG entrance recommended in the foundation construction drawing. 
• Inspection of stool and Stud assembly, placing, levelling as per drawing. 
• Inspection of Rebar, Form Work, etc., 
• Third Party Inspection or QA/QC of Civil Projects on a continuous basis, Structures, Lab Testing, Soil Investigation
• Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCC
• Review of Methodology Statement/ Process Flow/ ITP/ Test Plan
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Inspection Reports
• Reporting Non Conformance, Identifying Route Cause and Recommending Corrective actions
   

• Well organized and structured, with the ability to work effectively against deadlines
• Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• High degree of integrity and make decisions required by role’s responsibility
• Capable of coordinating work within the project and handling conflict resolutions
