  • Any graduate in any specialization

Job Profile

  • Provide support to line managers in identifying staffing needs & solutions.
  • Allocation of Work:
    • 80% focus on Recruitment, and Employee Retention
    • 10 % contribution to Statutory Compliance
    • 10 % involvement in Time office Management, Time Sheet approval, Invoice Preparation and submission to customers, Payment Collection, and Site Support activities.
  • Provide advice on the most appropriate recruitment channels such as job portals, recruitment agencies and internal referrals, headhunters etc., Including staffing through outsourcing manpower solution providers.
  • Drive the regional implementation of the recruitment process and applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate  regional specialized recruitment and selection programs to support business growth.
  • Lead innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs.
  • Maintain database.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of strong internal referral program, the best use of website and advertisement postings.
  • Contribute to the full life cycle of recruitment process; job description design, candidate profiling, screening and selection, including profile report.
  • Manage salary preparation and negotiations with candidates and assist regional HR team for the same.
  • Handle employment processes life cycle management at the Transactional level, such as employee creation in database, appointment letters, etc.
  • Maintain and provide necessary MIS and records as required by Corporate and Management.
  • Assist in planning of resources required and assist the Head of PMC in resource planning
  • Complaint Management: monitor quality of TUV India Services, report any client’s dissatisfaction / complaint and assist in mitigating the same.
  • Assist the Head of PMC for business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build the team, including external consultants/ sub-cons.
  • Zero claim from customer
