Maintain co-ordination between the entire Marketing team, Pune team and Mumbai team for clearing and booking of samples on time.
Ensure that the samples are collected, booked, allotted and distributed to the labs on time.
Accuracy in Booking, coding and allotment of samples and reduction in the errors of the same.
Management of key clients for requirements of collection of samples, reporting formats and invoice requirements.
Monitoring the delivery test reports and Invoices are going to the customer on time.
Reduction in the errors of the reports and the invoices.
Maintain communication with customer with prompt replies to queries and complaints.
Effective communication with the clients in case of delay in reports, non – compliance to the client’s requirements and complaints.
Monitor the contracts with the subcontracting labs and follow up for the reports to deliver on time.
To improve on the processes of subcontracting and interaction with the Pune lab.
Interact with the technical personnel for the due dates of the results and to priorities work as per client’s requirements.
Monitoring of key clients and existing customers for order booking and maintain a regular rapport with them to retain business.
Maintaining Daily Tracker, MIS sheet and preparation of monthly presentations.
Training of personnel for soft skills and the assigned jobs and motivating them to achieve their goals.
Defining the job descriptions along with the accountability for each team member and monitoring their performance.
Responsible for implementation of the MSPs, SOPs and WINs to meet the regulatory requirements and maintain the records as per the requirements of ISO 17025, FSSAI and other Regulatory bodies
