Job Profile
Responsible as Management Representative for leading and timely implementation, monitoring of ISO 9001, ISO 17020 systems on all India basis.
Planning and conducting Internal audits for Industrial Services.
Reporting the performance of the Quality System in accordance to ISO 9001, ISO 17020 to the management for review.
Ensuring that the requirement of Quality System as described in the manual and associated documents are maintained and implemented.
Liaising with accreditation bodies for all the matters related to the Quality System.
Initiating modification/improvements to the Quality System based on the Internal Audit findings or other such triggers.
Maintaining records of the Management Review Meetings.
Develop methods for competency evaluation of inspection personnel.
Identify training needs & topics through the annual appraisal process, customer feedback, customer complaints, lessons learned, monitoring activities.
Develop interactive methods for training & assessment of effectiveness.
Impart training & assess the effectiveness.
Preparation of project quality plans, procedures & work instructions based on client input.
Conduct inspection activities for major clients.
Conduct vendor assessment on behalf of overseas & indigenous clients.
Stewarding compliance to safety requirements within the organization & at work sites.
