Job Profile

Business Perspective

  • Implement and monitor application of SLAs for the key projects & scheme-specific KPIs, where applicable.
  • Conduct vendor assessment on behalf of TUV India in line with the applicable with Group guidelines. 
  • Perform a holistic risk analysis for the new services / accreditations, including participating in the design & review of the new services.
  • Re-engineer, in liaison with BUs, the accreditation strategy per scheme to harmonize and optimise the accreditation portfolio (cost effective and efficient approach)

Systems Perspective

  • Lead, Implement & monitor the implementation of Group Regulations on all India basis. 
  • Lead, Implement & monitor the implementation of accreditation standards related to ISO 17020, ISO 17025, ISO 17021-1 and associated scheme-specific rules (e.g. IATF Rules, IAF MDs, etc), as applicable.
  • Lead, Implement & monitor the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 27001 systems on all India basis. 
  • Plan and conduct/facilitate Internal audits for above schemes. 
  • Report the performance of the Integrated Management Systems in accordance with the above mentioned standards to the management for review. 
  • Maintain records of the Management Review Meetings.
  • Prepare and represent  during Corporate Audit by the Group 
  • Initiate modification/improvements in the SOPs based on the Internal Audit findings, Corporate Audits or other such triggers. 
  • Consolidate the escalation process to timely address Incidents and NCRs
  • Liaise with certification bodies for all the matters related to the Integrated Management Systems implemented by TUV India. 
  • Implement a robust reporting on customer/stakeholder complaints
  • Identify training needs & topics through the inputs from the annual appraisal process, customer feedback, customer complaints, lessons learnt, and monitoring activities.
  • Develop interactive methods for imparting training & assessment of effectiveness.
  • Monitor compliance to quality, environmental & safety requirements within the organization & at work sites.
  • Monitor compliance to the applicable legal requirements related to environment, health & safety and information security.
