Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development – Training Services 




Minimum 8 years of experience in Training / Knowledge services / Concept selling and experience of Training selling for Management System Certification or from Training Institute will be preferred. 


Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline preferably with MBA/PGD (Marketing).

Job Profile

  • Responsible for business development and sales as per strategic growth plan of training in Tamil Nadu region. 
  • Responsible for selling Management System Trainings to industries, corporates, public sectors, institutes, individuals and achieve monthly business targets.
  • Approaching key clients, meeting and presenting TUV India’s capabilities for various training programs.
  • Regular visits to new/existing clients as per monthly plan.
  • Digital promotion of training programs by using various platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website etc.
  • Create customer database for sales & training programs.
  • Preparing monthly MIS for training portfolio. 
  • Ensuring successful execution of training programs, issue of certificates as per defined procedures and collection of payments.


  • Self motivated, great attention to detail, goal oriented individual with a strong work ethics.
  • Good Communication / Negotiation skills. 
  • Should be open to travel and meet the clients.
  • Maintain strong Corporate net work.
  • Good Computer skills -  MS-Office, PPT,Excel etc.
  • Good PR skills
