Job Profile
Perform routine lab tasks that provide experience and familiarization with methods, practices, and programs to include.
Preparation of samples using standard techniques, following standard operating procedures.
Performing chemical solutions, standards, dilutions; following standard operating procedures.
Experience to independently conduct routine analysis and guide the Jr. Analysts / Trainees working in the Department and Specific Responsible include as below:
Conduct the Analytical Protocols for Samples according to the schedule.
Trouble shooting in various situations for the Jr. Analysts / Trainees.
Reporting the Results of Analysis carried out, to the Section Head / In-charge / Sr. Analyst / and achieving the target time and reporting of the results.
Maintain the record books detailing daily testing work and any other records required of them.
Preparation of the SOPs and the Work Instructions & Maintenance plan of the Equipments.
To supervise / maintain the good Housekeeping and keep the surrounding neat and clean.
Calculation of the UOM for the tests in their respective Departments and In-house Calibrations.
Maintaining the records for the Reference Materials & Working Standards.
Upkeep of the Instruments, Equipments and any Other Materials such as Spares, Tools, and General Provisions e.g. Surfaces, Air Conditioners, etc.…
