ELOT 1433 - Evaluation of the services of secondary education and language centres

The Greek Specification ELOT PPD 1433 is addressed to education providers, regardless of their size, setting the requirements for the systematic monitoring and improvement of the services provided.

It is complementary to national and Community legislation and sets out the requirements for the systematic monitoring and improvement of the education services provided. It is addressed to education providers and in particular to secondary education establishments and language centres, irrespective of their size.

The certification of an organisation according to the requirements of ELOT PPD 1433:

• Demonstrates, through an independent body, that the organization's internal controls are implemented and meet corporate objectives and strategies
• It demonstrates the commitment of the organisation's senior management to provide high quality training services
• Annual evaluations help the organisation to monitor its performance and improve
• It enhances the reputation and credibility of the organisation.
