Shape field (scope)

The TÜV HELLAS Waiter scheme refers to a qualified professional, who, knowing the restaurant art and the rules of gastronomy-winemaking, serves food and drinks to customers who frequent catering and leisure establishments (hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafeterias, refreshment bars, clubs, organizations, cafeterias, etc.), applying the rules of serving with decency and courtesy.
