Shape field (scope)

The TÜV HELLAS Professional Cleaner scheme refers to a qualified professional who takes care of the cleaning and tidying of the interior and exterior of a Tourist Accommodation or other business, offering customers a comfortable stay in a clean, hygienic, comfortable and quiet environment.

Cognitive framework (syllabus)

• Safety and health at work (A & S),
• Knowledge of Means, techniques and tools for cleaning surfaces and equipment
• Knowledge of the operation of electric and motorised cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of the handling of manual, mobile and stationary equipment
• Knowledge of the usability and utilisation of the work trolley
• Knows how to comply with the relevant Procedures (Administrative and Labour)
