Cognitive framework (syllabus)

  • Preparation procedure for entering the room
  • Procedure for cleaning the interior and exterior of the room and his/her working area
  • Procedure for tidying the room and client's personal belongings
  • Dealing with damage/damage to rooms and lost/found items
  • Control of daily traffic in his/her area of responsibility and procedures for updating.
