The TÜV HELLAS Integrated and Automated Design and Project Management Systems Specialist scheme refers to a qualified professional who performs, alone or under the guidance of the Project Manager leader, design, supervision and management tasks for the implementation of a construction project. It includes all phases of a project such as Study, Design, Costing, Procurement of raw materials, equipment and contractors, Construction of the project, Supervision, Measurement, Start-up, Operation, Maintenance of the project. It is based on the FIAPP approach, which is a "philosophy" that can be applied to many categories of Projects, such as construction (building, construction, road construction, port construction, etc.), industrial (construction of machinery, equipment, products), IT (software construction, construction and hardware installations) and process reengineering.
