The Smart Buildings Planning Specialist TÜV HELLAS scheme concerns a qualified professional able to responsibly and autonomously perform the management, implementation and design of "smart" systems of buildings and other infrastructures, through the most modern methodologies and innovative tools (Building Management Systems, Building Information Modeling, Building Information Management, etc.) in accordance with national and European legislation and international standards. Among other things, the Smart Buildings Planning Specialist TÜV HELLAS participates in all stages of project implementation from design to operation and maintenance of the building, participates in the studies and construction, assists in the planning and implementation of building automation projects, and participates in the calculation of the environmental and economic benefits of the transition and installation of "smart" management systems.
