The TÜV HELLAS Facilities Manager scheme refers to a qualified professional who is responsible for the tasks related to the management and delivery of agreed support services to ensure the functionality of a built environment. Essentially, it is the professional who in his/her work incorporates multiple principles that contribute to ensuring the functionality of a building complex where people, machinery, buildings and finally technology in any form coexist in order to provide the right environment to achieve the organisation's objectives.
