Shape field (scope)

The TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) Reporting Officer Certification Scheme applies to employees who are responsible for the internal and external reporting of violations of EU law, for the protection of persons reporting such violations, for the organisation of the procedure for the submission, receipt and follow-up of reports and the sanctions imposed in the event of a breach of the legal framework. It is addressed to Executives of organisations and companies with an HR role, members of Whistleblowing Reporting Committees and members of Boards of Directors and Audit Committees. In addition, it is addressed to HR, Compliance, Internal Auditors, Data Protection Officers, Lawyers, Corporate Legal Advisers and Integrity Advisers and Public Sector Executives
