The scheme Organization Executives & Operation of a Modern Business TÜV HELLAS refers to qualified professionals who implement and manage basic functions and processes of a business such as sales, promotional activities and marketing in general, financial functions and customer service. In addition, they are able to manage the company's quality systems, pursue and manage innovation and contribute to shaping the culture of the organisation.

Cognitive framework (syllabus)

• Organisation and management of business functions and processes (terminology, basic principles, human resources management)
• The concept of Quality and Innovation in the modern enterprise
• Organisational culture (Concepts, purpose, functions)
• Communication - Professional behaviour - Management of questions, requirements, objections and complaints
