TÜV HELLAS IT Systems Administrator refers to employees who are involved in tasks related to the installation, configuration, use and updating of software applications, hardware and computer networks as well as user support.
Subjects / Specialisations
There are two levels of certification: basic and advanced. The basic level is mainly concerned with the knowledge background required for the specialisation and is introductory, while the advanced level is concerned with the competences to be demonstrated by the professional if he/she has relevant experience.
The 'IT Systems Administrator Basic' certification scheme includes the following specialisations:
Information Technology Systems Manager, Telecommunication and Telehealth Technician, Telehealth Services, Telecommunications and Information Technology Systems Manager
