Shape field (scope)

The TÜV HELLAS Meat and Meat Products Industry Specialists Scheme applies to workers employed in industries, crafts, small production units and cottage industries producing meat and meat products. These technicians carry out the necessary tasks in the production process chain using special utensils and mechanical equipment in order to prepare hygienic and safe meat products and meat-based foodstuffs that meet the requirements of national and Community legislation. In addition, they are involved in the implementation of the hygiene system and in the basic maintenance of equipment and premises.
