Shape field (scope)

The School Canteen Managers certification scheme applies to qualified workers who are responsible for the operation of school canteens, i.e. shops or general premises where food, juices and beverages are prepared and served or simply made available ready for consumption by pupils, staff or visitors to the school.

Cognitive framework (syllabus)

  • Basic principles of organisation and operation of the school canteen; promotion of the school canteen sales,
  • Management of school canteen sales
  • Preparation of products for sale in the school canteen, in accordance with the legislation in force
  • Serving pupils, staff and visitors to the school canteen
  • hygiene rules during the purchase, receipt, preservation, preparation, display and sale of foodstuffs
  • Cleanliness and disinfection of the canteen and equipment.

Theoretical examination

Requirements for certification

At least Compulsory education, a declaration of health and a declaration of non-conviction of a felony.
