The Preparation, Concluding & Public Procurement Preparation and Execution or Public Procurement Management TÜV HELLAS refers to a qualified professional responsible for the timely and effective preparation or control of the tender dossier in the context of public procurement calls (goods, services and works), monitoring the progress of the procedure and managing the resulting contract.

This professional is employed in organisations or companies involved in the implementation of public contracts, being responsible for the entire implementation cycle, i.e. from the preparation, to the conclusion and then to the execution of a public contract, under the existing Community - national institutional framework of responsibilities for Contracting Authorities / Contracting Entities (public) and Economic Operators (private).
