This professional is employed in organisations or companies involved in the implementation of public contracts, being responsible for the entire implementation cycle, i.e. from the preparation, to the conclusion and then to the execution of a public contract, under the existing Community - national institutional framework of responsibilities for Contracting Authorities / Contracting Entities (public) and Economic Operators (private).
