TÜV HELLAS has the right to cancel or revoke a certificate if:
- The Agency violates a term of the General Certification Regulation and the relevant Contract, makes a mis/misleading use of the certificate or logo, or uses them in a manner contrary to the General Certification Regulation.
- The result of the surveillance inspection does not justify the retention of the certificate and logo or it cannot be carried out for reasons not related to TÜV HELLAS but to the Agency.
- The Agency is declared bankrupt.
- The Agency fails to pay the fee and any costs to TÜV HELLAS within the deadline set by the Agency.
- The Agency requests the withdrawal of the certificate for reasons not attributable to TÜV HELLAS but concerning the Agency.
