Modern buildings are design with special architecture and have high requirements for living conditions. Critical issue for this is the installation of Heating-Venting-AirConditioning (HVAC), as it rectifies the conditions for an efficient environment, adjusting comfort parameters (fresh air, temperature and humidity) at suitable levels.
The presence of TÜV HELLAS as Inspection body during construction and also during commissioning, assures that design requirements, relevant technical guidelines (TOTEE)and applicable specifications and standards (such as EN, DIN, ASHRAE) are met, taking also into consideration the requirements for energy saving derived from the application of European Directive of energy performance in buildings (EPBD). Inspections are performed by qualified greek engineers with relative experience, or in co-operation with the mother company TÜV NORD.
Having the experience as Inspection Organization in largest greek projects (Olympic games projects, building structures of new Athens international airport, office buildings such as Ethniki Insurance, hospitals, malls etc.) and also from big projects abroad, added value in performance for the benefit of users and additional support to the owner technical service is provided.
