Yannis Aggelakis is a graduate of the Department of Media Communication and Culture of Panteion University, specializing in Marketing. Since 1997, he has been professionally active in the field of digital & interactive media. He has been a senior executive in major companies such as Forthnet, and Kathimerini, while he holds the position of Marketing Director in the IT company Data Consulting.

Michalis Alexiou is a Computer Systems Engineer and has worked for many years in various positions in the field of Information Technology, mainly in the telecommunications sector. He has specialized in information security and data protection and has gained experience in the design, implementation and operation of structures and systems in environments mainly related to IT.

He is a lead auditor of management systems in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 20000-1 (IT Services), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity). He is a certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) and a graduate of TÜV NORD Digital Academy.

Eleni Alexopoulou is a Chemist with an MSc in Environmental Management and has worked in a well-known cosmetics and detergent industry in the field of quality control. She has also developed quality and environmental management systems in the chemical industry and in the field of medical devices.

In TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) he has been working since 2000 and is a senior auditor in inspections according to ISO 22716, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 1348/2004 and IFS HPC.

In the last four years she has managed to become the first auditor in Greece for IFS HPC standard which is specialized in the certification of home and personal care products. She conducted many inspections according to this standard, most of which in foreign countries. For the last 10 years he has also been actively involved in the field of cosmetics production and has been certifying industries in Greece and abroad with the ISO 22716 standard.

She is a specialist manager IFS HPC at TÜV Nord group and an approved instructor of BRC CP (consumer products).

Elina Armeni studied Agriculture and has experience in designing services and programs that bridge the drug, pharmacy and pharmaceutical companies with the human being, the consumer and the patient, in order to create an ecosystem where health, science and trust are promoted on both sides.
For almost 20 years, she has been active in the field of pharmaceuticals and parapharmaceuticals, acquiring a wealth of experience, knowledge and empathy for the industry. He has worked in various positions from sales and inspection, to sales and commercial management, securing ISO certifications and as a shareholder in companies operating in the pharmacy industry, playing an active role in them.

Thomas Vassaras is an Economist at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a Master's degree in Economics. MBA "International Business and Exports Management" at City University Business School in London (now Cass Business School).

He has been active in the field of export management since 1995, initially within the family export business in the apparel sector and then taking over the Export Management of companies in the telematics, cosmetics, apparel, jewellery and food sectors.

He was a member of the management of the Association of Knitting and Cosmetics Businesses Clothing and Ready-made Clothing Association (SEPEE) from 2004 to 2009, while he has been an active member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Greece Exporters Association (SEVE) from 2006 to date.

Dimitris Vergas is a Sales and Customer Service Consultant with a degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Quality Management. He has 17 years of experience as an instructor at universities in Greece and the European Union at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

He has been involved in the field of Neurophysiology & Neuropsychology, developing the methodology of Neuroquality and Neurosales, a methodology that is a practical application of scientific discoveries related to the Human Brain in sales and customer service. The programme NeuroSales/NeuroQuality program has been implemented for more than 10 years in companies with a network of stores throughout Greece.

He is a lecturer in sales, customer relationship management and customer service and has been working with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 1999.

Matthaios Vlachakis is a Mechanical Engineer from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and head of the Building - Technical Works Inspections division of TÜV HELLAS with extensive experience in quality, construction and engineering issues. He has inspected the largest technical projects built in Greece during the last 20 years on behalf of our organization, while he is a senior auditor of TÜV HELLAS in quality management systems (ISO 9001) and an auditor in energy management systems (ISO 50001).

His main areas of competence include fire protection, building E/M installations, energy audits and sustainable construction systems such as LEED and DGNB.

He has been involved since 2005 with the EU Construction Products Directive/CPR (CPD/CPR) and is an inspector for the notified body TÜV HELLAS with notification number 0654 on various construction materials.

He is also a member of the Quality Infrastructure Committee (EQC-QC) of TEI and a member of the working group for the drafting of the TOTTE for fire protection of structures.

Marios Vogiatzis is a behavior analyst and the founder of the Institute of Body Language in Greece. With a degree in Business and specialization in Human Behavior, he has more than 25 years of experience in business in Greece and abroad always in positions of high responsibility. He has trained entrepreneurs and senior business executives in behavioral analysis and lie detection in a professional environment and has participated in dozens of negotiations in Europe and the Middle East. He is certified as a Lie Detection Expert, Body Language Expert, Certified Negotiator and a certified adult trainer. Giorgos Galanis is a Chemical Engineer with a Master of Science (M.SC.) in Materials Science and Technology.

He has many years of experience in Health & Health & Safety at Work and Environment, having been responsible for the management of major projects, studies and the development of Management Systems in every sector of activity (industry, engineering, services, trade, logistics, etc.).

He has served as a member of the scientific committee of the Panhellenic Association of Chemical Engineers and as an approved Consultant of Health Care Services & Occupational Safety and Health Services in the Republic of Cyprus.

He has been working with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2013.

He is a lead inspector of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Health & Safety (H&S) and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001). Safety at Work (ISO 45001), Environment (ISO 39001) and Road Safety (ISO 39001).

He is a lecturer in ISO 45001 seminars (Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, Migration), as well as in seminars on general and specific HSE topics.

Dr. Dimitris Georgantelis is a chemist with a PhD in veterinary medicine and a postdoctoral degree in food chemistry. His academic career includes several years of teaching at the Department of Food Technology of the Alexandria Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a rich scientific work with more than 25 publications in reputable foreign journals.

Since 1998 he has been working for some of the largest food industries in key positions as a technical consultant in quality assurance, crisis management and R&D.He specialises in new product development and holds three international patents. As a reviewer of European research projects since 2004, he has evaluated more than 150 research proposals and has served as an expert witness in chemistry.

In his 20 years of cooperation with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) he has been an external inspector in quality and food safety assurance systems and standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, BRCGS V9, FSSC) in food industries, wineries, hotels, chemical industries in Greece and abroad. He is also a trainer in the seminars of TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) in the respective topics.

Anna Georgiou is a chemical engineer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has worked for many years in pharmaceutical industries, as well as in the production and sterilization of medical devices, both in the areas of quality assurance and quality control, as well as in the areas of procurement, storage and distribution.

He is a member of EFEPAE's register of evaluators and has participated in evaluations of investment proposals and in audits of the implementation of investment programmes.

He has been cooperating with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2007.

She has been auditing management systems since 1995 and is lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22716, and YA 1348/2004.

Andreas Drivas studied Physics at the University of Ioannina and received his Master's degree in Computer Science. His writing work (books, articles, papers in scientific conferences and the development of specialized software), spans from 1986 to the present day, on the subject of Computer Science and Business Ethics.

As a computer consultant from 1985 to 2014, he worked with private sector companies, organizations and academic institutions in Greece and abroad. The object of the cooperation was computerization, training of personnel in new technologies, design and implementation of new ones, as well as optimization of existing corporate processes.

He has been systematically involved in Business Ethics since 2016.

She has many years of experience in applying the Neuro-Linguistic Programming System, NLP, for professional distinction and personal effectiveness, and contributed to the enrichment of the model "the Synolic® approach to human resource development".

As an NLP Master Trainer, he is actively involved in the work of NLP University, Santa Cruz, California, regarding the continuous study of discursive effectiveness and the design and implementation of innovative approaches aimed at developing a higher quality mindset for managing change, adopting new roles, facing and taking on challenges.

Lambros Zachos is a Marine Mechanical Engineer and Welding Engineer, graduate of the University of Hamburg with deep knowledge in carrying out inspections of industrial plants, pressure equipment, metal structures and lifting equipment, toys and amusement facilities, water parks, playgrounds,in the inspection and certification of welded structures, welding methods and welders, preparation of inspection plans, inspection of Quality and Safety Assurance Systems.

He has been working in TUV HELLAS (TUV NORD) for the last 28 years. He is currently Deputy General Manager and Vice President Infrastructure of the company and heads the Infrastructure Inspection Division (Infrastructure).

He actively helped to establish and develop the Industrial Inspections Division, managed this Division for many years, developed inspection processes and trained staff. He successfully managed the inspection and certification of major infrastructure projects in Greece and abroad undertaken by our Organization, such as refineries, power plants, railway projects, building projects, and major Olympic Projects.

It is a founding member of TUV NORD COMPETENCE CENTER AMUSEMENT RIDES, and manages the largest Amusement Parks & Waterparks inspection projects undertaken by the company on behalf of TUV NORD worldwide.

He has developed and executed many important Technical Seminars, such as "Safety during Lifting and Transport of Loads", "Welding Technology", "European Pressure Equipment Directive - PED" etc.

Dimitris Theokas is a graduate of the Department of Chemistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has been working with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) as an external partner since 2002 and inspects management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 (lead inspector for ISO 9001). Kostas Theofanidis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in Production Management at Brunel University London. He is a Business Development Expert, Trainer, Mentor, IPMA certified Project Manager and has more than 18 years of experience as a Seminar Facilitator. Leonidas Kazakos is a Metallurgical Engineer of NTUA and holds a Master's Degree in Technical Project Management. He has worked for many years in a commercial explosives manufacturing industry in the field of technical support (proper and safe use of materials - blasting design etc.).

He is a member of the International Society of Explosives Engineers (ISEE), author of the book "THE USE OF EXPLOSIVES IN ENGINEERING PROJECTS" and scientific collaborator of the School of Mineral Resources Engineering of the Technical University of Crete.

He also provides engineering consultancy services - designer on the subject.

Dr Spyridon Mouzakitis is a Mechanical Engineer and has completed his PhD thesis at the National Technical University of Athens, in the field of Noise Reduction Systems. He has knowledge and experience in the field of acoustics, sound insulation and vibration, and especially in noise control techniques and computational methods for the simulation and solution of these phenomena.

He is Technical Director and co-owner of Group Science Ltd. since its establishment, where he is actively involved in the fields of acoustics, sound insulation and vibration control studies and constructions. His fields of expertise are oriented towards the industrial sector, the environment and building applications with numerous successful applications in more than 15 years. He has published papers on noise control and computational methods for the simulation of noise phenomena in international scientific journals and conferences, as well as in specialized Greek journals.

George Benos is a graduate of the Department of Food Science and Technology of the Agricultural University of Athens and holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.

He has many years of work experience in the food industry in the areas of food safety management, production and internal control and is an approved trainer of EFET and LAEK.

He has been inspecting management systems since 2005 and has been working with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2015. He is a lead inspector on ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP management systems and a seminar presenter on food safety issues.

Anastasios Naoum is a graduate of the School of Aviation Engineering, specializing in Electronics - Telecommunications, with postgraduate studies in France as a Computer Engineer. He has more than 20 years of experience in Management Systems. He has worked as an inspector for certification bodies and classification societies since 2004, has inspected more than 500 Quality Management Systems, Health & Safety Management Systems and has worked as an inspector in the field of Quality Management Systems. Safety at Work, Environment and Information Security of Organisations and Companies, as lead inspector, has taught in more than 100 certified seminars as lead lecturer and has developed more than 80 Management Systems for Companies and Organisations in the Public and Private Sector

Giorgos Nikolaou is an Agricultural Scientist of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a Master's degree in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He has worked since 2005 in organic certification bodies having inspected numerous producers and businesses.

He has been a member of the Board of the Panhellenic Association of Organic Certification Bodies since 2017.

He has been working at TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2008 and is Head of the Agro Division in the Crete office and responsible for the organic products sector of our company.

In addition, he has been inspecting integrated farm management systems according to GlobalG.A.P. and Agro 2 standards since 2008 and is lead inspector for ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards.

He is a lecturer in the seminars on Organic Certification and Integrated Management Systems during which he has the opportunity to transfer the experiences he has gained as a member of TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) both in Greece and abroad.

Giorgos Papadakos is a Dr. Mechanical Engineer of NTUA in the Nuclear Technology Department and holds a postgraduate degree from the International Atomic Energy Agency on "radiation protection and safety of radioactive sources". He has professional experience in providing technical advice on occupational health and safety issues (specialization in radiation protection), on design and development of management systems and metrology and on energy saving in buildings and facilities.

Recognized by the Hellenic Atomic Energy Commission as a Radiation Protection Expert in field B, member at level B' of the EOPPEP's adult instructor register, LSEK instructor of OAED, Certified Energy Auditor - International Program of AEE.

Supervisor of the Special Scientific Committee on Quality Infrastructure Issues of TEEE and representative of TEEE in committees of ELOT (TE 56 "Conformity Assessment" & TE 75 "Protection of human exposure to electromagnetic fields") and member, as an independent expert, of ELOT TET 16/OE 6 "Risk management and management systems". Andreas Papadelis is a civil engineer and energy inspector with a master's degree in time planning and structural design. He has a diploma from the "Technoscopion'' program in cooperation with the Polytechnic and Economic University in technology management and formulation of technological strategy in enterprises. His participation in numerous training programs and seminars and experience from large multinational companies in positions of responsibility have made him specialized in building products and energy-efficient building technologies.

In addition, he has worked as an instructor building construction in the field of "Building Construction - Construction" of the specialty "Designer through computer systems" in IEK. He is an external partner and approved examiner of natural persons of TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD). in insulation and dry construction systems. Nikolas Papazoglou teaches courses in Financial Management and Accounting at the University of Peloponnese. He holds a PhD in International Business Administration and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus. His education includes a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. His teaching and academic experience over the last decade is multi-dimensional both at undergraduate and (English speaking) postgraduate level in universities and colleges. She is also Senior and Chief Inspector Management Systems for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 29993:2017, ISO 17100:2015, ELOT 1429, ELOT 1435, as well as a lecturer in seminars on related subjects. Antonis Politis is an electrical engineer graduate of ASETEM-SELETE with training in ISO 17025, in laboratory testing and calculation of measurement uncertainties. He has worked as a technical department head and production manager in industrial companies and is founder and managing director of an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and an accredited certification body according to ISO 17021 and 17065. He has extensive experience in performing tests and designing special arrangements for them.

In addition he has over fifteen years of experience in adult education.

Menelaos Prokos is a theatrical improviser, founder and training director of the ImproVIBE school. He studied in England, where he obtained a degree and a master's degree in computers, but after 13 years of travelling around the world and having lived in England, China, Argentina and the USA, he ended up in the theatre. He studied Improvised Theater at the Hideout Theater School in Austin, USA. He returned to Greece in 2012 and founded ImproVIBE, the first Improv Theater school in Greece. He now teaches and performs on the art of Improv nationwide. He continues at Harokopio University of Athens as a postdoctoral researcher in food adulteration and food defense. He also teaches the Food Science course at the Department of Dietetics of the Metropolitan College of Athens.

He is an IRCA certified inspector of EN ISO 22000:2018 & ISO 9001:2015 systems and an inspector of GFSI schemes IFS Ver.6.1, BRCGS V9, FSSC 22000 Ver.5.1 at the certification body TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD GROUP).

He works as an external partner in food industries, catering companies and food retail networks. Registered in the Register of Trainers of Food Business Personnel and in the Register of Trainers of Competent Bodies and Trainers of EFET. Katerina Sfakianaki is a Food Technologist and has worked for many years as a Management Systems Manager in the food industry as well as in mass catering. She was the Head of the Food Safety and Hygiene Department of the consortium that was responsible for feeding the athletes of the 2004 Olympic Games. During the same period he was involved in training the consortium's employees for this purpose.

He is on the register of trainers of the Hellenic Food Safety Authority.

He has been working with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2008.

She has been inspecting quality and food safety management systems since 2008 and is a lead inspector for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS V9, HACCP CODEX.

George Sfetsos is a Geologist env Msc, and has worked for many years in the construction industry, while he has been active in the field of management systems development for the last 20 years.

Yannis Triantafyllou is an economist and business consultant specializing in tax issues. He has worked for many years as CFO in groups of companies including industrial, technical, IT and commercial companies. He has also worked in management positions in business consulting companies. As a project manager he has supervised large investment projects implemented under development laws and community programmes. He currently works as a tax advisor and consultant to IT companies for the development of commercial and accounting software. He has very extensive training experience as a seminar presenter on tax, labour and accounting issues.

Ioannis Tsirigotakis is a veterinarian specializing in food microbiology with postgraduate training in Total Quality Management (MBA-TQM) and Public Health (MPH). He is an approved trainer of EFET and IRCA for the staff of companies and competent bodies. Inspector of Management Systems against IFS (Food, Logistics, Broker), BRCGS V9, FSSC 22000, GlobalGAP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP/Codex Alimentarius standards.

Many years of experience in large projects in the tourism and food industry through Be Safer. George Frigkas studied Communication and Mass Media and holds a PhD in Marketing and Advertising. He has been designing and developing seminars and businesses for more than 15 years, having trained hundreds of executives and professionals. Dimitris Hatzigiannakis is a Mechanical Engineer of NTUA and a business consultant in IT, Management and Information Technology. Materials Management, Production and Costing.

He worked in large multinational companies (SAP Hellas, Oracle, PWC) and Greek industries (Domus AEBE, Elefsina Shipyards), and participated in large business and IT projects.

He was a founding member, Technical Director and Co-Owner of SAP Hellas from its foundation in 1994 until 2000.

He has authored 2 books entitled "Business Organization with the help of SAP Information Systems" and "Industrial Management and Costing" which are taught at the School of Mechanical Engineering of NTUA.

Niki Hatzopoulou is a "Production and Management Engineer" graduate of the Technical University of Crete and holds a Master's degree in "Quality Management" from the Open University of Patras. She has more than 20 years of experience in Quality Problems and Systems Analysis. Quality Assurance Systems in the food industry. She is a certified inspector of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015).

She is a member of the EFET Register of Trainers of Food Business Personnel.

She has been working with TUV HELLAS since 2020.
