TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) selects its lecturers strictly and only on the basis of international standards. All instructors are also inspectors of the respective standards and hold an instructor certificate from international training organisations (e.g. CQI and IRCA). Michalis Alexiou is a Computer Systems Engineer and has worked for many years in various positions in the field of Information Technology, mainly in the telecommunications sector. He has specialized in information security and data protection and has gained experience in the design, implementation and operation of structures and systems in environments mainly related to IT.
He is a lead auditor of management systems in ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 20000-1 (IT Services), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity). He is a certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) and a graduate of TÜV NORD Digital Academy.

ALEXOPOULOU ELENI, CHIEF INSPECTOR (STANDARDS ISO 22716, 9001, 14001, 13485, UA 1348/2004 & IFS HPC)
Eleni Alexopoulou is a Chemist with an MSc in Environmental Management and has worked in a well-known cosmetics and detergent industry in the field of quality control. She has also developed quality and environmental management systems in the chemical industry and in the field of medical devices.
In TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) he has been working since 2000 and is a senior auditor in inspections according to ISO 22716, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 1348/2004 and IFS HPC.
In the last four years she has managed to become the first auditor in Greece for IFS HPC standard which is specialized in the certification of home and personal care products. She conducted many inspections according to this standard, most of which in foreign countries. For the last 10 years he has also been actively involved in the field of cosmetics production and has been certifying industries in Greece and abroad with the ISO 22716 standard.
She is a specialist manager IFS HPC at TÜV Nord group and an approved instructor of BRC CP (consumer products).

Dimitris Vergas is a Sales and Customer Service Consultant with a degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Quality Management. He has 17 years of experience as an instructor at universities in Greece and the European Union at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

VLACHAKIS MATTHAIOS, HEAD OF BUILDING - TECHNICAL WORKS INSPECTIONS
Matthaios Vlachakis is a Mechanical Engineer from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and head of the Building - Technical Works Inspections division of TÜV HELLAS with extensive experience in quality, construction and engineering issues. He has inspected the largest technical projects built in Greece during the last 20 years on behalf of our organization, while he is a senior auditor of TÜV HELLAS in quality management systems (ISO 9001) and an auditor in energy management systems (ISO 50001).
His main areas of competence include fire protection, building E/M installations, energy audits and sustainable construction systems such as LEED and DGNB.
He has been involved since 2005 with the EU Construction Products Directive/CPR (CPD/CPR) and is an inspector for the notified body TÜV HELLAS with notification number 0654 on various construction materials.
He is also a member of the Quality Infrastructure Committee (EQC-QC) of TEI and a member of the working group for the drafting of the TOTTE for fire protection of structures.

MARRIOS VOGIATZIS, ANALYST OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT
Marios Vogiatzis is a behavior analyst and the founder of the Institute of Body Language in Greece. Giorgos Galanis is a Chemical Engineer with a Master of Science (M.SC.) in Materials Science and Technology.
He has many years of experience in Health & Health & Safety at Work and Environment, having been responsible for the management of major projects, studies and the development of Management Systems in every sector of activity (industry, engineering, services, trade, logistics, etc.).
He has served as a member of the scientific committee of the Panhellenic Association of Chemical Engineers and as an approved Consultant of Health Care Services & Occupational Safety and Health Services in the Republic of Cyprus.
He has been working with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2013.

DR. DIMITRIOS GEORGANTELIS, EXTERNAL INSPECTOR (ISO 9001 & 22000, BRCGS V9, FSSC)
Dr. Dimitris Georgantelis is a chemist with a PhD in veterinary medicine and a postdoctoral degree in food chemistry. His academic career includes several years of teaching at the Department of Food Technology of the Alexandria Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki and a rich scientific work with more than 25 publications in reputable foreign journals.
Since 1998 he has been working for some of the largest food industries in key positions as a technical consultant in quality assurance, crisis management and R&D.He specialises in new product development and holds three international patents. As a reviewer of European research projects since 2004, he has evaluated more than 150 research proposals and has served as an expert witness in chemistry.
In his 20 years of cooperation with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) he has been an external inspector in quality and food safety assurance systems and standards (ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, BRCGS V9, FSSC) in food industries, wineries, hotels, chemical industries in Greece and abroad. He is also a trainer in the seminars of TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) in the respective topics.

GEORGIOU ANNA, INSPECTOR (STANDARDS ISO 9001, 13485, 22716 & UA 1348/2004)
Anna Georgiou is a chemical engineer at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has worked for many years in pharmaceutical industries, as well as in the production and sterilization of medical devices, both in the areas of quality assurance and quality control, as well as in the areas of procurement, storage and distribution.
He is a member of EFEPAE's register of evaluators and has participated in evaluations of investment proposals and in audits of the implementation of investment programmes.
He has been cooperating with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2007.
She has been auditing management systems since 1995 and is lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 22716, and YA 1348/2004.
She is a contributor to the above standards, as well as to other issues on a case-by-case basis, such as analysis of requirements of the standards, GSP/GDP issues, etc.

ANDREAS DREVAS, EXPERT IN BUSINESS ETHICS
Andreas Drivas studied Physics at the University of Ioannina and received his Master's degree in Computer Science. His writing work (books, articles, papers in scientific conferences and the development of specialized software), spans from 1986 to the present day, on the subject of Computer Science and Business Ethics.
As a computer consultant from 1985 to 2014, he worked with private sector companies, organizations and academic institutions in Greece and abroad. The object of the cooperation was computerization, training of personnel in new technologies, design and implementation of new ones, as well as optimization of existing corporate processes.
He has been systematically involved in Business Ethics since 2016.

Lambros Zachos is a Marine Mechanical Engineer and Welding Engineer, graduate of the University of Hamburg with deep knowledge in carrying out inspections of industrial plants, pressure equipment, metal structures and lifting equipment, toys and amusement facilities, water parks, playgrounds,in the inspection and certification of welded structures, welding methods and welders, preparation of inspection plans, inspection of Quality and Safety Assurance Systems.
He has been working in TUV HELLAS (TUV NORD) for the last 28 years. He is currently Deputy General Manager and Vice President Infrastructure of the company and heads the Infrastructure Inspection Division (Infrastructure).
He actively helped to establish and develop the Industrial Inspections Division, managed this Division for many years, developed inspection processes and trained staff. He successfully managed the inspection and certification of major infrastructure projects in Greece and abroad undertaken by our Organization, such as refineries, power plants, railway projects, building projects, and major Olympic Projects.
It is a founding member of TUV NORD COMPETENCE CENTER AMUSEMENT RIDES, and manages the largest Amusement Parks & Waterparks inspection projects undertaken by the company on behalf of TUV NORD worldwide.

Leonidas Kazakos is a Metallurgical Engineer of NTUA and holds a Master's Degree in Technical Project Management. He has worked for many years in a commercial explosives manufacturing industry in the field of technical support (proper and safe use of materials - blasting design etc.).
He is a member of the International Society of Explosives Engineers (ISEE), author of the book "THE USE OF EXPLOSIVES IN ENGINEERING PROJECTS" and scientific collaborator of the School of Mineral Resources Engineering of the Technical University of Crete.
He also provides engineering consultancy services - designer on the subject.
He has been cooperating with TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) since 2015.

Manolis Kalogerakis is an Executive and Team Coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified adult trainer by EOPPEP and a graduate engineer of the National Technical University of Athens. Dimitris Hatzigiannakis is a Mechanical Engineer of NTUA and a business consultant in IT, Management and Information Technology. Materials Management, Production and Costing.
He worked in large multinational companies (SAP Hellas, Oracle, PWC) and Greek industries (Domus AEBE, Elefsina Shipyards), and participated in large business and IT projects.
He was a founding member, Technical Director and Co-Owner of SAP Hellas from its foundation in 1994 until 2000.
He has authored 2 books entitled "Business Organization with the help of SAP Information Systems" and "Industrial Management and Costing" which are taught at the School of Mechanical Engineering of NTUA.
Currently, he is the main shareholder and CEO of AGILE S.A., a company active in the field of IT, education and business organization.

CHATZOPOULOU NIKI, INSPECTOR OF FOOD QUALITY & SAFETY ASSURANCE SYSTEMS (ISO 22000, 9001)
Niki Hatzopoulou is a "Production and Management Engineer" graduate of the Technical University of Crete and holds a Master's degree in "Quality Management" from the Open University of Patras. She has more than 20 years of experience in Quality Problems and Systems Analysis. Quality Assurance Systems in the food industry. She is a certified inspector of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015).
She is a member of the EFET Register of Trainers of Food Business Personnel.
She has been working with TUV HELLAS since 2020.
In 2018 she was awarded the GOLD AWARD at the Self Service Excellence Awards for the development of a dairy product adulteration model.
