Design Review

Photovoltaic power plant design review is a comprehensive process that involves inspecting, evaluating, and validating the design against relevant specifications and standards. Its primary purpose is to ensure the design meets requirements for feasibility, safety, economic viability, and compliance with both standards and project needs.

Why is a Design Review Necessary for PV Plants?

It identifies and resolves design issues and risks early, ensuring construction progress and efficient operation.

Design Review Services Include:

  • Technical Feasibility

Technical feasibility review encompasses, but is not limited to, project survey and mapping data, drawings, and technical agreements. This includes verifying whether photovoltaic module selection, inverter configuration, mounting structure design, and cable selection align with the project scale and local climate conditions (such as solar radiation, wind speed, and temperature), as well as assessing the stability and reliability of the system structure.

  • Safety

Verify that electrical designs (such as grounding, lightning protection, and fire prevention measures) and construction safety standards comply with local and industry regulations to prevent safety hazards like electric shock and fire.

  • Regulatory Conformity

Compliance Verifying that the design meets grid connection requirements, land use regulations, environmental policies, and other legal and local requirements.

  • Economic Viability

Evaluate the investment costs, power generation efficiency, and operational and maintenance expenses of the design proposal to ensure the project's economic viability.
