Shelf life is the length of time that foods, beverages, pharmaceutical drugs, chemicals, and many other perishable items are given before they are considered unsuitable for sale, use, or consumption.
Shelf life is the recommendation of time that products can be stored, during which the defined quality of a specified proportion of the goods remains acceptable under expected (or specified) conditions of distribution, storage and display. We provide shelf life study for food and beverages product in real time condition or accelerated condition.

We do the stability study in environmentally-controlled chamber especially for Indonesia condition (Climate Zone IVb):
- Accelerated stability: 40 ± 2 oC and 75 ± 5% humidity. When this study shows the active ingredients and criteria set for the product are good for three months, the stability can be claimed for one year; if good for six months, it can be claimed for two years, and nine months for three years
- Real time stability: 30 ± 2 oC and 75 ± 5%. We can only claim the length of the actual study period. This is frequently used to back up the accelerated studies.
