Appeals and Complaints
If there is reason for the organisation to dispute or to appeal a decision of the Certification Body, they can address it to the operations manager or through the dedicated appeals email address given at the closing meeting of any audits. Receipt of the appeal will be acknowledged within 2 working days.
If the disagreement cannot be resolved by the Head of Certification, the organisation may present its case to the Certification Advisory committee for review and resolution. The entire appeals process will be closed within one month.
The submission, investigation and decision on complaints will not result in any discriminatory actions against the complainant. The investigation process subject to requirements for confidentiality, as it relates to the complainant and to the subject of the complaint.
