GLOBALG.A.P CoC

Global G.A.P. CHAIN of CUSTODY (CoC)

Provides the opportunity for full identification and traceability of products. This system enables full transparency throughout the entire supply chain for products certified according to the requirements of the GlobalG.A.P. standard. Its scope covers plant products (vegetables, fruits, crops (including cereals) as well as aquaculture products.

The system applies to all brokers and suppliers in the supply chain who deliver GLOBAL G.A.P. certified products. Certification under the CoC system makes it possible to determine the status and location of a GLOBAL G.A.P. certified product at each production stage.

Who is the standard for?

This type of certification is intended for:

  • packaging companies, wholesalers, distributors, companies involved in the physical marketing of products, retailers, brokers, logistics centres, retail chains, other agents in the supply chain.

The GlobalG.A.P. (CoC) - SUPPLY CHAIN certificate is valid for 1 year. In order to renew the certificate, the manufacturer should submit an application to a certification body every year.

Where to find information?
