Zafirios Kovras is Senior Chief Inspector of Management Systems at TÜV NORD Hellas, with many years of experience in audits and certifications in a wide range of international standards. He holds a Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Quality Engineering from the University of Newcastle and has a professional background of more than 30 years in auditing, consulting and training.

He specialises in ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 37001, ISO/IEC 20000, as well as WLA and Responsible Gaming, having carried out hundreds of inspections in private and public sector organisations in Greece and internationally.

At the same time, he is active as a Lead Tutor, designing and delivering seminars on international standards, and has contributed to the training and assessment of new inspectors. His combined experience in certification, training and strategic systems management makes him a benchmark for organisations seeking excellence, compliance and continuous improvement.

Panagiotis Zavogiannis is a Chief Inspector of Management Systems with expertise in ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO 9001. He holds a Master's degree (MSc) in Computer Science and Telematics with specialization in Information Systems in Business Management and has many years of professional experience in the field of IT, project management and implementation of international standards. He has served as an Information Security and Quality Management Manager in large enterprises, gaining an in-depth understanding of the needs and challenges faced by organizations.

In TÜV NORD Hellas he is active as Chief Inspector, conducting audits and certifications in private and public sector organizations. With expertise covering information security, privacy, business continuity, ICT service management and AI governance, he supports businesses to achieve excellence, compliance and competitive advantage through the implementation of international best practices.

Karolos Dimopoulos is a Lead Auditor at TÜV NORD Hellas, with an academic background in Computer Science (University of Athens) and a Master's degree in Cyber Security and Data Science (University of Piraeus). He is certified as Lead Auditor in ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701, while he has significant experience from his career in the Air Force in the field of information security and network infrastructure.
