The service concerns the inspection of Materials and Equipment and includes the coordination of inspections of equipment and materials at manufacturers' facilities, in accordance with international standards, regulations and consumer requirements for:

  • Mechanical equipment
  • Pressure equipment
  • Pressure equipment
  • Electrical equipment
  • Measuring equipment

Activities:

Inspection includes checking the Materials at the manufacturers' facilities prior to shipment/delivery. Inspections are carried out through our network worldwide.

Conducting inspection is the most appropriate and cost-effective way in which to formulate whether a product, service, process, piece of equipment or facility conforms to the needs, customer expectations, applicable regulations or other special requirements.

Inspection may include:

  • Visual inspection
  • Supervision of Non Destructive Tests (NDT).
  • Inspection of material certificates
  • Supervision of Mechanical Tests
  • Supervision of Functional Tests
  • Final inspection (including loading on request) of equipment prior to shipment to the customer.

The service involves monitoring and controlling the progress of the customer's order at the manufacturer's premises.

Production Process Monitoring includes the required controls in order to reduce delays:

  • Order verification
  • Review of production schedules
  • Monitoring of actual Production Progress against a schedule
  • Validation of the actual production schedule
  • Inspection of loading and shipment

Through the Detailed Production Process Monitoring Reports by qualified personnel, it is verified that the supplier's facilities and processes comply with standards and requirements and that the production schedule is adhered to. This results in the customer having a clear picture of the status of their order and being able to take the necessary action if required. Support the customer to get their order in on time and avoid delays.

The service involves the screening of a prospective Supplier, in order for the customer to decide whether to proceed with an order from that Supplier.

The customer has a good overview/idea of the Supplier and much more information to decide whether to place the order.

Support the customer to avoid placing "blind" orders and to protect the customer from all the consequences of placing an order with a non-professional supplier or from a supplier who does not have the capacity to complete the order according to the customer's requirements (quality, quantity, time).
