Rapid and effective findings - for prevention purposes or in case of damage

Non-destructive materials testing is an extremely effective way for product manufacturers and plant operators to gain a fast and reliable statement regarding product quality or plant condition. Defects in quality can be recognised early, and weak spots and damage - often leading to unplanned downtimes and gaps in production - can be avoided.

Non-destructive testing helps to maintain product quality and prevent disturbances in plant operation caused by component failure. Our NDT srvices are accredited to DIN EN 473 at Levels 2 and 3 (additionally approved in accordance with PED 97/23/EC), who have many years of practical experience and comprehensive know-how, working both on- and off-site. Our laboratories can be found at many different locations and are equipped with a very wide range of test machines and facilities. We are also able to undertake non-destructive testing for you at manufacturers’ and operators’ premises at home and abroad. In addition, we assess and evaluate non-destructive testing methods, and advise and help with the creation of specifications and test instructions. We provide manufacturers and operators (outside the nuclear sector) with supervisory personnel for non-destructive testing, and we are recognised as a “Third Party Organisation” throughout the world.
