Seminars Tailored to Your Needs

Personnel Certification
At the same time, we provide training and certification for Data Protection Officers (DPOs), while also conducting Personnel Certification exams across a range of professional roles. These include: Guest Experience Expert in Tourism, Accommodation Reservations Clerk, Waiter, Linen Room Attendant, Housekeeping Staff, Pastry and Bakery Specialist, and Food & Beverage Service Staff.
Inspection Services for the Classification of Tourist Accommodations by Star & Key Categories
As part of our hotel inspection services, we undertake the evaluation process for the classification of accommodations into star categories, based on the technical and operational specifications as well as the scoring criteria defined by Greek legislation. The classification system applies to all tourist accommodations (hotels), including both new and existing establishments.
Mystery Guest
We also offer an additional safeguard for the smooth operation of hotels through our Mystery Guest service. Representatives from our organization visit accommodations incognito, acting as regular guests, in order to assess and confirm that operations comply with the company’s internal quality standards, ensuring these are met under normal working conditions. The standards, corresponding audit questionnaires, and inspection dates are mutually agreed upon, and a detailed compliance and findings report is delivered upon completion.
