Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations

The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment regulations 2020 in the United Kingdom requires tanks and receptacles which are to be used to transport dangerous goods to be designed, inspected, tested and certified prior to use. They must undergo conformity assessment provided by a UK approved body appointed by the competent authority in the UK.
