Fill in the form below to request a voluntary change of your notified body. We will then send you an application package to complete and return to us. TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB will then get back to you with a quote.
After the certificate transfer agreement is signed by the customer, TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB, and the outgoing notified body, a review of the obtained documentation and an extra audit are carried out.
A change of notified body is coordinated with the outgoing notified body in order to avoid gaps in the certificate’s validity period.
A certificate transfer to TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB can only be done for a currently valid certificate and for that certificate’s scope.
A final document review and a certificate decision then take place. The certification cycle will follow the same cycle as defined by the outgoing notified body, and the validity period will be the same as for the outgoing notified body’s certificate.
Depending on where you are in the certification cycle when you transfer a certificate, future activities are planned according to recertification or surveillance and post-certification monitoring activities.
