All stakeholders – regardless of whether they are customers of TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB or have another interest in our operations – are welcome to submit feedback on our work.

To submit feedback, please send an email to scandinaviamnb@tuv-nord.com  and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact details (email address, phone number, postal address)
  • Information about the relevant assignment or service
  • Description of the feedback and its background

Once the feedback has been received, TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB registers the case and appoints a case officer.

The case officer analyzes the matter, compiles relevant information, and provides a recommendation for decision and actions.

A decision is made by the responsible manager. The case officer then informs the person who submitted the feedback of the decision and any actions taken.

Customers who wish to submit a complaint or appeal regarding services provided by TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB should do so via email to scandinaviamnb@tuv-nord.com including the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact details (email address, phone number, postal address)
  • Information about the relevant assignment or service to which the complaint pertains
  • Description of the complaint and its background

Once the complaint has been received, TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB registers the case and appoints a case officer.

The case officer analyzes the matter, compiles relevant information, and provides a recommendation for decision and actions.

A decision is made by the responsible manager.
The case officer informs the person who submitted the complaint – as well as other relevant parties – about the decision and any measures taken.

Customers who wish to appeal a formal decision – such as a certification decision or a prior decision regarding a complaint – should do so via email to scandinaviamnb@tuv-nord.com and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Contact details (email address, phone number, postal address)
  • Information about the decision being appealed

Once the appeal has been received, TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB registers the case and appoints an independent case officer.

The case officer analyzes the case, compiles relevant information, and prepares a recommendation for decision and any associated actions.

For appeals related to conformity assessment, a decision on actions is made by a decision-maker at a certification meeting.

For other types of appeals, the decision is made by the TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB management team.

Decisions concerning appeals are shared with the TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB Board.

The case officer informs the appellant – as well as other relevant parties – of the decision and any associated actions.
