Application procedure for MDR conformity assessment.

The conformity assessment process begins with an initial customer contact. Next, the customer is asked to fill out a request for information for an initial assessment. The assessment includes verifying that the product category and product classification are correct.

If the requested information is accepted, the customer is asked to complete an application form to provide additional information. The application and necessary activities are assessed, and resources are estimated.

After the application is approved, the customer receives a quote for the assignment. If the offer is accepted, the parties can enter into a written agreement for an MDR conformity assessment.
