Impartiality and independence

TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB operates in an independent, impartial and objective manner in relation to manufacturers and every other economic actor in the activities with conformity assessment procedures.

At TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB, we apply confidentiality and professional secrecy requirements for all personnel and all subcontractors and third parties handling customer information on behalf of TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB. 

We perform annual risk assessment related to objectivity and potential conflicts of interest. TÜV NORD Scandinavia MNB performs annually mandatory training for all personnel to avoid conflicts of interest and maintain objectivity.
