Training Areas and Learning Paths
The EPI Data Center Training Framework covers the key competencies including design and engineering, facilities management, operations and maintenance, governance and compliance, risk management, migration, and sustainability.
Training programs range from foundational courses for professionals entering the data center industry to advanced certifications for specialists, managers, consultants, and auditors. Structured learning paths allow participants to progressively develop their expertise and professional qualifications based on their roles and career objectives.
With the following three learning methods, we can address the different learning preferences. For those who prefer interaction with peers, they can choose between an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) or Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT). For individuals who prefer to learn at their own pace, anytime, anywhere via any device, we have the Training On Demand (TOD) option.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
ILT refers to training sessions conducted by a qualified instructor in a physical classroom setting. These face-to-face sessions provide interactive learning experiences, allowing participants to engage directly with the instructor and peers. ILT can be offered as dedicated private classes.
Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
VILT is a live, interactive training session delivered over the internet by a qualified instructor. Using the latest online classroom technology, VILT provides an optimal learning experience, allowing participants to join from any location. This training is offered exclusively as dedicated private classes.
Training On Demand (TOD)
TOD consists of video course moduls that are available on-demand, 24/7 and in 17 languages. This flexible format allows participants to access high-quality training content at their convenience, enabling self-paced learning anytime and anywhere.
