TUV NORD Malaysia’s Engineering Division offers specialist engineering services and consultancy that is multi-disciplined to meet our clients’ needs whilst complementing our existing services.

We provide best practice guidance to the clients for the delivery of technical integrity by reviewing all design and documentation associated throughout the project’s lifecycle.

We advise on statutory design approvals that will be required especially on lifting and pressure equipment.

We assist you in arranging and managing 2nd and 3rd party inspection as well as QA/QC services, etc.

We review, inspect and certify crane and lifting appliances.

We assess material degradation, remaining safe lifetime assessment of steam boilers and turbines.

We provide plant condition assessment, remaining life assessment, feasibility study for plant rehabilitation.

We offer risk based inspection, reliability centered maintenance, inspections during plant in-service and shutdowns as well as optimization support.

Our assessments also cover material testing, failure analysis and investigations.

We provide design approval, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Annual Inspection, Personnel Qualification of Maintenance Technician and Operator.
