We are currently looking for an expert who would participate with us in the execution of contracts in the field of technical inspection (especially for suppliers to the nuclear power industry) in the Pilsen region.

Do you have experience in contract management in the field of engineering or directly in the production of pressure equipment? Are you a materials specialist or welding engineer / technologist? We will be happy to supplement your experience in production with training on the requirements of European legislation as part of the training plan for technical inspectors.

What will be your job description?

• Inspector for the area of metallurgical materials and semi-finished products (sheets, castings, pipes, forgings), focusing on the requirements of Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council

What we expect:

• University degree in a technical field or a technical degree (mechanical or metallurgical)
• Professional experience - 1.5 years' university education or 3 years' university education in the field of: for the following activities (technology, production, testing)
• Language skills: technical German or English required (engineering)
• Orientation in the production and especially testing of metallurgical materials (sheets, pipes, forgings, castings)
• Ability to apply the rules and principles of technical standards (especially material standards and standards for pressure equipment)
• Knowledge of NDT, ability to assess defects (RT, MT, PT, VT and UT an advantage)
• Knowledge of the manufacturing and, in particular, testing of pressure equipment an advantage
• Orientation in the field of metal welding an advantage
• User knowledge of MS WORD
• Driving licence (B)
• Experience in the nuclear power industry an advantage
