Main description

TUV NORD Vietnam (TNV) – a member of TUV NORD Group from Germany – which provides certification and testing services in Vietnam. We are seeking qualified candidates for Sales Executive position - Soft skills training services for Hochiminh office.

  • Develop soft-skill training services in South area
  • Self-build customer database and approach customer proactively
  • Plan and organize individual workload effectively to meet the sales revenue target
  • (including inhouse and public training courses)

  • Develop and deliver training solutions to customer
  • Design training program and prepare training materials to meet customer’s needs
  • Arrange facilities and resources for training courses, programs and workshops
  • Handle customer’s requirement, inquiries and complaints
  • Find out and maintain good relationship with consultants, trainers
  • Carry out other specificed duties and functions as directed by Dept. Manager


  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in sale/marketing, at least 2 years in providing soft skills training field.
  • Knowledge & exprerience of Learning and Development best practices.
  • Experience in working with corporate customers.
  • Ability to identify training needs, plan, organize and control training activities.
  • Ability to develop and design appropriate training programs.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good planning, organizing, and self management skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English in relevant field.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good Office Microsoft skills.
  • Dedicated, careful, flexible, high self-learning ability.
  • Graduate university degree.
