For our Certification Team, we are recruiting:

US Full Time Lead Auditor – IATF

Position to be conducted from auditor’s home office


 Applicants must be a USA citizen (or hold a green card) and must live in the USA



  • Plan and conduct audits and review of audit documentations against the above mentioned standards
  • Work with Quality Systems Division Project Managers, Sales Team and Sales Director
  • Review certification applications and other applicable documents pertaining to the scheme requirements
  • Complete and submit high quality audit reports within established timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain positive client relationships by conducting audits in a professional manner
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant standards and regulations
  • Conduct technical reviews and decision making process upon request, as long as there is no conflict
  • Conduct witness audit on auditors upon request
  • Conduct trainings of auditors and quality management staff
  • Attend ongoing training as needed to maintain certification to conduct audits, maintain training records in the database system

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a qualified and approved lead auditor against the following standards TS / IATF Auditor.
  • Currently active in conducting third party audits
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant industry
  • Familiarity with the third party certification process
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong relationship building skills to maintain and expand business opportunities
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM and Database systems
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality System Certification services
