Module 3: The Process Approach – Use of Turtle Diagram In this module, you will learn the concept of turtle diagram and how to use it.
Module 4: Process Approach Auditing In this module, you will learn how we conduct process approach auditing.

She has been committee members with ASQ (US), IET (UK) and global auditor certification examination program development team. She is an award winner given by the Bureau for Excellence in Durham Region (BEDR) in Ontario, Canada.
