This two-hour Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis Webinar will provide you with in-depth knowledge of the concept of root cause and problem solving and what steps we can take to write a clear, complete and effective corrective action report. You will also learn how to develop detailed and effective action plans and how to verify that actions were actually performed and effective. Through presentation and step-by-step demonstration, you will learn how to conduct an effective root cause analysis and problem solving in your company.
Course Description
During this course, the concept of root cause, problem solving and their implementation will be discussed in four modules.
Module 1: Performing Root Cause Analysis In this module, you will learn the concept of “root cause” and how to perform root cause analysis.
Module 2: Writing Corrective Action Report In this module, you will learn how to write a clear, complete and effective corrective action report.
Module 3: Development of Action Plans In this module, you will learn how to develop a detailed and effective action plan.
Module 4: Verification of actions In this module, you will learn how to verify the implementation and effectiveness of the actions.
