Course Description

During this course, the concept of nonconformity classification, root cause analysis, problem solving techniques and their implementation will be discussed in five modules.

Module 1: Nonconformity Classification.  In this module, you will learn how to grade or classify nonconformities.

Module 2: Performing Root Cause Analysis.  In this module, you will learn the concept of “root cause” and how to perform root cause analysis.

Module 3: Writing Corrective Action Report.  In this module, you will learn how to write a clear, complete and effective corrective action report.

Module 4: Development of Action Plans.  In this module, you will learn how to develop a detailed and effective action plan.

Module 5: Verification of actions.  In this module, you will learn how to verify the implementation and effectiveness of the actions.
