Responsibilities and tasks
- Managing a team of currently eleven technical engineers and lead them to a stronger sales focus according to the code of ethics and values of TÜV NORD AG and ensuring a working atmosphere that promotes productivity
- Creating growth by establishing new services and being close to the customers and bringing new customers on board in a market with very strong and established competitors
- Using their existing network for growing business
- Being a driving force to establish new business services
- Being efficient with a strong economical approach
- Being an initiator and driver for national and international strategic approaches in accordance with the Swedish and German management
- Maintaining service delivery to highest quality standards as specified by legal requirements, QM directives and customers
- Profit Center (PC) planning (costs, investments and personnel including necessary initial and further training measures)
Your skills
- Several years working experience in the relevant markets
- Engineer or other professional with the experience to develop new businesses
- Strategical manager with strong focus on sales
- Having experience in taking products through international standards and certifications
