HSE Policy

The Management and TUV NORD GULF executives acknowledge that working accidents and occupational diseases cause human suffering, loss of diligence and extremely high insurance costs, so they believe that they should focus their actions on eliminating them from the working places.

The personal safety of each employee of our company at offices and worksites, as well as of any human is imperative to us. Prevention of accidents and of diseases is of such great importance that they come before productivity or any other functional element, facilitation, or willfulness. The management of TUV NORD GULF will provide all the necessary background to the largest extent so that the safety of its personnel and its cooperators will be by the highest standards.

The organization Management has developed a Health & Safety Manual and aims at:

  1. The efficient allocation of obligations and responsibilities to all the involved parties and its personnel for the more efficient participation of all the parties and their hierarchy in achieving the desired safety level of the projects undertaken.
  2. Providing our personnel and cooperators with efficient training, communication, and collaboration.
  3. Acknowledging all the legal liabilities and obligations concerning safety.
  4. Acknowledging all the dangers that are related to the project, assessing them, and dealing with them efficiently.
  5. Developing an efficient observation and evaluation of the security level.

The Health & Safety Manual demands a strong commitment from the Management and all of its employees without exception so that they can contribute to the prevention of accidents and diseases. It is therefore essential, that each employee of the company or its cooperators should be extremely interested in preventing accidents and providing their co-workers with the necessary guidance so that they can work safely.

Both the Organization's Management and its executives are committed to complying with all the laws and the procedures for safe work. We should insist that every employee will not only be an active partner in creating a working environment without accidents and occupational diseases but also they will accept their responsibility and accountability for working safely. The company demands the same from all of its external providers as well.
