Certification of welding production

 Certification of welding production is carried out against requirements of standards:

• LVS EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials -- Part 2: Comprehensive quality requirements
• LVS EN ISO 3834-3: 2006 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. Standard quality requirements
• LVS EN ISO 3834-4: 2006 Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials. Elementary quality requirements.

Certification is carried out for each specific group of products separately at choice of manufacturers.

We offer certification of production for the following segments:

• LVS EN 13445 Unfired pressure vessels
• LVS EN 13480 Metallic industrial piping
• LVS EN 286 Simple unfired pressure vessels designed to contain air or nitrogen. Pressure vessels for general purposes
• LVS EN 12732 Gas infrastructure - Welding steel pipework - Functional requirements
• LVS EN 1090 Execution of steel structures and aluminium structures 
• LVS EN 14015 Specification for the design and manufacture of site built, vertical, cylindrical, flat-bottomed, above ground, welded, steel tanks for the storage of liquids at ambient temperature and above
• LVS EN 12952 Water-tube boilers and auxiliary installations
• LVS EN 12953 Shell boilers.

Upon agreement with the client certification is also possible for other product groups.
