A voluntary certificate of conformity provides advantages for participation in  tenders and is a convincing argument for defeating competitors, which increases the manufacturer's prestige and serves as additional product promoting tool. In addition, often European buyers and "Responsibles" for various reasons request  provision of such documents of conformity.
