The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001:2015, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021, as applicable.
In detail, the training course will provide students with the basis to become a competent Lead Auditor, including via the following:
The students are expected to know the concept of quality management and its sustainable development.
Furthermore, they need awareness of the model of a process based quality management system, as well as the structure and content of ISO 9001.
Successful participation is supported by knowledge of the PDCA-cycle and the eight quality principles as well as the process approach used in quality management.
It is recommended that participants attend an IRCA QMS Foundation Course in advance.
